Carrick on Shannon Rowing Club invites your club to participate in the 2010 Head of the Shannon, which will take place in Carrick on Shannon on Saturday the 30th of January 2010. There will be two races, at 11.00 am and 2.30 pm, over a course of exactly 5,000m. Having been confirmed as the venue for the 2011 National Fours Head it will be an ideal opportunity for your crews to familiarise themselves with the course which is one of the most scenic stretches of water in Ireland.
